Loved this recipe!! I swapped out the maple syrup for honey as mine by some means went bad but it was continue to mouth watering!! Incredibly tart but just what I had been searching for, should you don’t similar to the tartness and want a lot more sweetness I’d recommend applying a little less lime juice and even more of the syrup/ honey.
